Shipping
We ship through the United States Postal Service to any state in the USA. Typically, orders are shipped within 2 business days. However, in rare cases, we may have to wait for a new batch to complete curing before it can be shipped. For this reason, it can take up to 6-weeks to receive your order. We will notify you by email when your order is shipped.
Inspect your package upon receipt. If it is damaged, contact the carrier directly.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened products within 10 days of shipment of your order.
Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method, we recommend the United States Postal Service insured mail with a letter that includes your name, address, date of your order, RMA number, and the reason for the return.

- We will NOT accept COD shipments
- Products must be returned within 10 days of your order's original ship date
- If your product was damaged during shipment, contact the carrier directly
- You must include the packing slip and all original packaging materials
- Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment to which they were charged
